我係你個website上見到樂樂,首先,我恭喜樂樂減肥成功\。 其實,我係想問下狗狗減肥上既問題,係咁既,我有一個Jack ressell terrier女叫beebee,佢\今年已經6歲半由佢\出世到住家,前腳都有問題因為,獸醫同我講,狗狗腳裡面有2條骨當唔係同一時間發育既時候隻腳仔就會有偏差,我個女就係其中一隻所以醫生同我講,唔可以比佢\肥,因為如果佢\一肥隻腳就會有壓力。但自從佢\desex之後就好好好容易肥,明明已經食好小但都會肥。有時見到佢\個樣好似好肚餓咁!真係好唔認心。但無耐佢\隻腳仔又唔爭氣,我真係好驚有一日隻腳仔要做手術 ,佢\依家都仲係有d超重所以我想問下,點樣先可以同佢\減到肥。但又唔好令佢\好似好可憐咁成日食唔飽?(佢\腸胃唔係太好,好易肚瀉的)如果你可以幫到我,我真係萬工分感激。

那要視乎你用的是軟芝士還是硬芝士了,硬芝士可混入麵粉一起搓揉,刺孔當然沒問題,若用的是軟芝士就不能刺孔,但底面兩塊麵皮要搌得夠薄,烤起來才不容易變形。軟芝士和硬芝士烤出來的口感很不同,軟芝士口感軟糯香濃令人回味,而硬芝士口感香脆芝士味濃郁。

看到有些食譜介紹,做朱古力鬆餅只落蘇打粉,不用落發粉,這樣的鬆餅是否發唔起的?
因我剛剛做了,結果是發唔起
又唔知是否發粉問題,還是自己步驟出錯!!!
上次你教我可以戈根索拉芝士代替部份芝士,能令到芝士蛋糕味更濃
剛剛拆開呢個芝士試了一口,發現原來是鹹的,請問我是否買錯了?

1. 做朱古力鬆餅只落蘇打粉,其蘇打粉份量要掌握得準確,太少會發唔起,太多會有異味。用多少蘇打粉份量亦要視乎食譜作者想要的鬆餅質感。
2. 你沒有買錯,濃味的芝士因製作程序需要加鹽,必定會有鹹味,所以做蛋糕只可使用部份。但做出來的蛋糕口味都幾特別,可以一試。

use Bread Improver or Emulsify is better. Actually I am in London, it is not
easy to buy bread improver. So please tell me what is the different between
two and if I can use either one to make bread.

Bread improver just reduces the fermented time of bread. The emulsifier can make the bread to spongier, but that is a chemical material ,do not eat too much.

加熱了的蜂蜜味道會變酸,放涼後就沒有問題。你反要注意梨子需去清梨芯,否則味道更酸啊!
